Web development for clients across the Balkans
Montenegro is small for a web studio with ambition. Half of our projects are from the region — Belgrade, Novi Sad, Sarajevo, Banja Luka, Zagreb, Split. Same language (more or less), same business habits, same time zone. The only difference is we are not in the same café. We solve that with a preview URL from day one and a demo every Friday — you see progress in the browser, you do not wait for a report. Based in Podgorica. We work with companies and founders across the Balkans who want a studio they can talk to in their language.

Price-to-quality ratio
Podgorica is 30–50% cheaper than Belgrade for the same studio class (senior, fixed-price, fixed-deadline). You were not paying Belgrade office rent through our invoice.
EUR billing, EU banking rails
Montenegro uses EUR (without eurozone membership, but transactions are native EUR). For BiH companies (BAM pegged to EUR) and Croatian companies (EUR since 2023) — shorter route than going via Serbian dinar. For Serbian companies — still routine cross-border invoicing.
No conflict-of-interest zone
If your company operates in the Serbian market and competes with other Serbian agencies, commissioning from a Montenegro studio eliminates information-leakage or conflict-of-interest risk.
How remote engagement works
Communication: kick-off call (Google Meet or Zoom, 45 min) → spec phase (Figma + copy deck on Notion, async comments) → build phase (preview URL on Vercel, weekly demo — Friday 30 min) → ship day (production deploy + handover call). Time zones: Montenegro is CET, identical to Belgrade, Sarajevo, Zagreb, Skopje. If you are in Banja Luka, we type "good morning" at the same time. On-site visits: by agreement, for larger projects. Usually 1 visit during build phase, kick-off in person. Travel (flight or car) — included in projects over €10,000, negotiable for smaller ones.
Cross-border billing and contract
Invoice from Montenegro to your company, EUR. Payment via international transfer — your bank handles it routinely, transaction usually same day. Contract: bilingual EN/SR template, defines scope, milestones, IP rights (you own everything on ship), confidentiality, termination clause. Deposit 30% on signing, 40% mid-project, 30% on ship. No surprise costs — fixed-price model is the reason this studio exists.
What we build
The same services we deliver for Montenegrin clients — marketing sites, web applications, e-commerce, internal tools — with the same stack (Next.js, React, TypeScript, Postgres) and the same process (spec before code, preview URL day one, weekly demo, fixed-price ship).
FAQ
How does the technical workflow run when we are in different cities?
Same as if we were in the same city, minus the café meeting. Preview URL from day one, weekly demo (30 min, Friday), async communication (Slack or WhatsApp group) in between. Kick-off call usually in person if you are within a 500 km radius — Belgrade, Sarajevo, Skopje, Tirana all reachable on a morning flight and back same day.
Whose law governs IP and data — your country's or Montenegro's?
You as the client set this in the contract. Bilingual EN/SR template lets you choose the governing law. Default is the law of the client's country (you are the commissioning party). IP transfers to you 100% on ship. Data during development sits on Vercel (EU region) and in the repo (GitHub, private if requested). All GDPR-compliant.
Do you work with EU-regulated clients in Croatia and beyond?
Yes. EU clients — Croatia, Slovenia, also Germany, Austria — get the same workflow. We invoice with EU VAT where applicable (your VAT number on invoice, reverse charge), contract to EU standards. Our stack (Vercel, Postgres, Stripe) is fully EU-data-resident on request.
Payment — how does it work cross-border from Serbia?
Serbian companies send EUR via FX transfer (SWIFT). Transaction is routine, arrives same or next day depending on your bank. FX fee is usually 0.3–1% (your bank). The Montenegro invoice is valid in Serbian accounting as a foreign invoice. If you want, we include RSD/EUR conversion rate on the invoice for your accounting.
