Web development in Montenegro

Web development is the work we do most often in Montenegro. From a single landing page to a multi-page marketing site with CMS, to sites that behave like a small application. Everything responsive, fast to load, and search-engine-ready on ship day. Based in Podgorica; we work with clients across Montenegro, Serbia, Bosnia, and Croatia. Led by Balša Todorović.

What you get

A site you do not need to remember how to maintain. Concretely: clean design from your brief (not a template), Lighthouse 90+ on performance, semantic HTML and structured data for SEO, contact form wired to your inbox, GDPR cookie banner if you need one, hosting on Vercel or your preferred provider, and a short handover doc that explains how to change copy or images yourself. Preview URL from day one — no "big reveal" at the end. If your previous site was slow on mobile or kept breaking, those are the exact problems we solve every project.

Site types we build

Landing page
One page, one goal (book a call, buy, sign up). Ideal for a new service, campaign, or MVP launch. 1–2 weeks.
Company marketing site
5–15 pages: about, services, work, contact, optional blog. CMS if you want to update content yourself. 3–5 weeks.
Site with custom functionality
Bookings, pricing calculators, user accounts, integrations (Stripe, Google Maps, mailing). At this point you are looking at a web application — happy to scope either way.
Redesign of an existing site
Start from an audit of what works, what does not, what stays. Often faster and cheaper than rebuilding from scratch.

FAQ

What does a small-business website cost in Montenegro?

For a 5–10 page company site in Montenegro without complex functionality, the realistic range is from €500 with professional design and a proper SEO setup. Below that usually means a marketplace template or a WordPress plugin stack you will inherit. We do not go that route.

Is WordPress an option?

Not by default. We build on the Next.js and React stack because it is faster, more secure, and easier to maintain long-term. If you insist on WordPress, it is a conversation — there are valid cases (frequent content updates by a non-technical team), but rarer than the industry claims.

How fast does the site load? What is Lighthouse 90+?

Lighthouse is Google's tool for measuring site speed and quality, scored 0–100. Our sites target 90+ on performance, accessibility, best practices, and SEO. That means under-2-second load on 4G, which is today's minimum for Google to reward your ranking.

Who owns the site and the code after launch?

You do. All code, design files, and content transfer to you on ship day. Repo on your GitHub, deploy on your Vercel account (or your choice). No vendor lock-in, no 'maintenance' contract holding you hostage.
